The l"Etaing Harbour is a sheltered inlet of the bay of Fundy, situated between Black's Harbour and St.George, Charlotte Co. New Brunswick. Patterson's Cove is on the St.George side of this harbour. The shorelot bordering on the l'Etite road (route 772) is 16 acres (6.4 ha) in size. Hatt's Head is protruding into the entrance to Patterson's Cove and is covered with large mature trees; area 11 acres or 4.4 ha. Both areas have a large shoreline.
The Boundary lines of the shorelot have recently been retraced by a surveyor and the access road has been developed. At the entrance to the larger property the road divides into a shore-road and an upper boundary road. The last part of the upper boundary is visible on the picture taken at the end of this road. There is a large culvert where the access road enters the larger property, and a smaller culvert protects the beginning of the shore road. The picture looking out over Patterson's Cove is taken from the end of the shore road.
This property is priced at $20,000.- per acre or $50,000.- per hectare. We like to sell both parcels as a unit, because they belong together and access to Hatt's Head is easiest through the shore-lot parcel and over the waters of Patterson's Cove.
