I have owned this motel nearly 50 years, my children are all grown and have moved away. I want to retire.
The motel includes comfortable living quarters for the owner and a fully equipped laundry room. The motel is situated at the west end of Chapleau's main business street. A good restaurant, owned by my brother, is directly next door. There is another restaurant across the street from the motel. Several stores, including food, hardware and clothing stores are within a couple of minute's walk from this motel.The motel is in good repair. Chapleau is a very popular tourist destination, both in summer and winter.
