This wonderful little stay at home business has been privately owned and operated since 1996. It is located on 126 acres of land which includes 30 RV sites and a Driving Range, 2 mobile home rentals and 90 acres used for haying. The RV Park is located just off of Hwy #2, 11 miles east of High Prairie in Northern Alberta.

The RV Park also offers family fun with a playground, horseshoe pits, and the driving range.

The RV Park is very clean and well maintained. It has approved listings with major RV organizations in Alberta. This is a well established business in the Northern Alberta area.

The mobile homes are rented out with great tenants. This makes for good revenue.
