The main house has three bedrooms, two large baths and balcony overlooking a large pond. "Genuine” custom cabinetry and detail in both houses. Plus there are two large storage buildings, a 3 car garage, and a pump house w/ 1600 gal reservoir. --Wild turkeys are our frequent visitors! Garden is large and deer-proofed.

The second dwelling consists of a roomy apartment on the first floor with in-floor heating, (warm in winter, cool in summer) one bedroom and one bath with a big kitchen and wheelchair access. --On the second floor is a studio w/old style cook stove and a beautiful oriental designed office space and its own toilet-shower. Upper and lower floors have separate entrances but space exists for the installation of an elevator with only minor alterations.
