Determine The Cost Starting with the base ad, note the cost running Until Sold ($49.98). Add $2.50 for each picture beyond the first four. Also add $5.00 for each picture that you want to be a clickable enlargement.Or ask us to email a quote to you, please state the number of pictures + the number of pictures that you want enlargable as well as the location of property, Click Here to open an email window.

Sending Your Pictures
Read this step if sending pictures or move on to step 3 for a Text Only Ad.
INTERNET picture submission -
Click Here
to open a email window and include each picture file as an attachment.
In the body of the email type your name, so we can match your picture file(s) with the the text submission form (step 3).
Also type in short caption lines for each picture file and if you desire them to appear in specific order, indicate the order in your email. As well, if any pictures are to be Clickable Enlargements, indicate which ones!
| NOTE: |
- All pictures will be resized or cropped to fit the site format.
- If you are emailing numerous pictures, it may be best to split them into multiple emails (3-4 each). Digital cameras may take extremely large file size images which makes for an extremely large email when there are many being sent (large emails are susceptible to loss). Limit email file size to 9 Megs.
- Clickable Enlargements will be sized to fit comfortably and fill the screen on most monitors.
- Clickable Enlargements can only be upto as large as the original you send, we can not enlarge a picture that starts out small (would result in distortion).
- Please send .jpg or .gif formats only. |
MAIL-IN picture submission - Write on the back of the picture(s) your name and a short
caption line. If you desire a certain order for the pictures to appear, number them on the backs. Indicate which ones are to be Clickable Enlargements (We can scan them as large as needed). Mail them to the address
indicated in step 4. Scanning is done by us at no extra cost. Pictures are returned only if a self addressed
stamped envelope is included.

Submit Your Written Text Information
INTERNET text submission - Click on one of the following links to enter the details. After completing
the appropriate submission form, click the button labeled "Send It To Us" (located at the bottom of the form).
MAIL-IN text submission - Click on one of the following links and press the print button on your browser. Write in
the details and mail it to the address indicated below in step 4.

Other Important Information
Please note that by anyway opted for an ad submission, if you provide an email address, we will assume you are reading the emails and all correspondence will be sent there! Please ensure that any spam filters or like programs you may have do not filter out our emails. All emails sent by us will only come from:

If you submit text and mail in pictures, or pictures are delayed due to you having film processed. We can post your text information and indicate pictures coming soon.
If you send everthing by mail, we will post your ad to the internet and notify you by email providing you have an email address. Should you have no email address, we will print out your ad page and mail it to you along with a notice of posting.
Every Real Estate ad submitted will receive a bill by land mail at which time payment will be due. You do not have to wait for your bill if you do not want too and
send check or money order payable to For Sale By Owner Canada to the address below. We can also take Mastercard or Visa, in which case we would phone you for the information. Please advise us in the case of credit card payment.
